My friends and I went to the shop for the first time back then. Upon our arrival at night, we were warmly welcomed by your front desk staff. It was a truly thoughtful gesture that made us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find a mooncake gift box in our room, a lovely touch given that our stay coincided with the Mid-Autumn Festival. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking, unobstructed views of the entire Marina Bay area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, we appreciated the daily replacement of toiletries and the thoughtful provision of children’s bathrobes and slippers. It was such a nice touch to have Mo’s cleaning products for our convenience as well. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we look forward to returning to Singapore. Bought 2 boxes of snowskin mooncake (a box of assorted, and a box of 8pcs maoshanwang) during the early bird promotion. The mooncakes tasted great esp the MSW durian mooncakes, our guests loved it but unfortunately we discovered one mooncake in the MSW box has no MSW in it at all… only then we realised that that piece is labelled as “photoshooting” at the bottom side of the wrapper… contacted customer service they were apologetic and provided compensation promptly.
