Absolutely fantastic dining experience at this Chinese restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The sour fish soup was impeccably fresh and bursting with flavor, while the fried cumin beef was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender. The tomato eggs were a delightful twist on a classic dish, and the beef skewers were grilled to perfection. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the chef’s skill and attention to detail. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a delicious meal with friends or family. Can’t wait to return and try more of their delectable offerings!

Highly recommended by my husband who had patronised this place previously. Grill fish and food here were very good including their service. Restaurant is air-conditioned though limited space but have more seats outside the shop under shelter so still good environment.

The service here is always great – the staff are super friendly, and they will help you get a table if there’s no tables available. Wide selection of noodles, meat, non-meat items, sausages etc, and different kinds of soups. Very comfortable and clean air con environment. Free sauce buffet. The food always tastes amazing! I normally spend $10ish to $12 for 1 person portion.

Food was cooked to my liking. 小辣 is really not too spicy and an option to have non *numb* 不要麻. The place is kinda small and not many seats for groups of 4. Overall, it is a good mala place for locals as their cooking tune to local palates.

Definitely one of the best mala stores in the region. The ingredients are placed nicely in the display for the customers to choose, the stuff will change out the ingredients timely, most of the vegetable looks fresh and the meat is of a good color. They also sell side dishes such as the shredded cabbage and the potato strips. You can customize by adjusting the level of spice, I recommend the standard level if you are a typical person. Price wise is definitely affordable for the general public, however to expect a long queue in the event of dinner time. During lunch time there is a set menu which gives you free rice. They do accept cashless payment and cash is welcome. There are plenty of sitting available at a restaurant.

My favorite stall! I love their 辣子鸡and 麻辣烫very delicious! Their promo set before 5pm is really worth it. They don’t give you lesser portions like other stall. I like the regular cook and lady assistant there, they know what I wana order when they see me 🤭 they are friendly and nice.

I ordered the Malatang extra spicy. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. The broth is also flavourful. The restaurant environment is modern and bright, making the food look extra appetizing. There is 1 thing that could be better for me personally. I ordered 大辣 but it was not as spicy as I would have hoped for. Perhaps that can be improved.
Supreet Kini
Love this Mala place in Suntec (Esplanade MRT). Huge selection of fresh ingredients – the meats especially are quite good. Fresh leaves, mushrooms, crabsticks, sausages, tofu, beancurd, pork belly, fishballs, sliced pork, quail eggs, meatballs etc. Expect a queue time of 10-15 minutes at lunchtime when the office crowd converges. Getting a table maybe difficult, but turnover is fast. Staff is helpful in getting you a table. A meal usually costs between $10-17 depending on the number of ingredients chosen. Don’t forget to get a bib or two to avoid your shirt from being soiled. They offer 2 soup options and a dry option. I usually prefer the dry option and top it up with their spicy chili sauce and allow the flavours to be absorbed by the ingredients. If you like the soup version, go for the tomato broth version to get that tangy taste. You can choose between fresh noodles (mee pok, round noodles etc.) or instant noodles. I usually go for the fresh noodles. Shiok!
