Held my daughter’s 6th year old birthday party at AMPED and the feedback received from my guests were excellent. My daughter’s friends went back to school next day and proclaimed that the best birthday party of the year was my daughter’s party at AMPED! The venue is huge and is able to comfortably host adults and children alike. There are plenty of games suitable for the young and the very old. If you are looking at hosting a party for adults and children, then look no further than AMPED! Special thanks to Woon Yong and Rusdy. This is the first time we held a birthday party at trampoline park and Woon Yong provided us with good advice and help on the day. Rusyd helped host the party on the day with the kids and everybody went home delighted!

I redeemed the vouchers from Gardenia lucky draw and the process online and on-site was seamless. My children had loads of fun and burned a lot of energy. The crew coordinated each area well and my children were able to play in every area. Two hours was definitely more than enough and the bouncing tired them out. They remained watchful and made sure that only one jumped on each trampoline. There is no need to reach 15 minutes earlier for the briefing as the children were briefly briefed during the issue of their tags and when the time reached, they were allowed entry while the previous batch of people left.

Good place to bounce, trampoline material are pretty good compare to other trampoline place. Staff are alert at all times and they are very strict able safety, which is a good thing!! Who wants to leave the place injured? You are suppose to have fun instead of injury. So good job to the staff. Their approach is also in a good manner. Everyone there is helpful. So 10/10. Thumbs up If you want to bounce, get a group of 4 to get promotion or join the membership. Is better to book in advance as you wont know when will be crowded.

Had a great time at Bounce! Visited on a weekday, and there was no queue at all—super smooth check-in. The staff were friendly and always around to make sure the kids were safe, which was great peace of mind. Plenty of space to jump, flip, and burn off all that energy! The trampolines kept my kid entertained, great for all ages. Definitely a fun and active way to spend a few hours. Will be back for sure!

If you’re new to activities like this, don’t worry at all. The team at Action Motion is fantastic — highly skilled, super friendly, and extremely reassuring. Everything kicked off with a clear briefing and some fun warm-up exercises. It was impressive how they managed to get all the kids focused and excited before the real action began. Throughout the course, at every obstacle area, there were specialists stationed to guide us and ensure our safety. A big shoutout and special thanks to Syahin, one of the specialists who stayed close by and supported us the entire time. He was always smiling, approachable, and made us feel so much more confident, especially when we got a little anxious. Truly, Syahin is a real asset to the team! We booked our tickets online, and for HomeTeamNS members, do check for promotions — I snagged mine for just $12.50! Such great value for an unforgettable experience. While we were there, we also witnessed a kids’ birthday party happening. It looked like so much fun! If you’re thinking about a unique and exciting birthday idea for your child, this place would be perfect. All in all, we had an amazing time and are already planning to come back with more family members. Highly recommended!
Nick Feliciano

Feirziana Rohizan
The obstacle courses were fun and manageable. Our specialist, Ashley and Ammar were very encouraging and reassuring. They assisted us with most of the courses. However, they also gave us a choice to do it independently if we want to! The other staffs were also friendly. Definitely a good place for a fun workout.

I just found out about this new place last week… We love indoor playgrounds so much. Glad Punggol has one more indoor playground and it’s so big (spacious) and a lot of stations. The price is reasonable $32~$35 per child + adult. Additional $8 for games outside the indoor playground. But if you are a member it will be cheaper by $3. I spend 3hrs there with kids, play non stop plus shopping. They have “sparkle” shop there selling kids toys. I always bring kids to the indoor playground once every 2 months. Will definitely visit here again n again. By the way, very important, their front desk staff is very super duper friendly and nice. And the staff inside the playground too. And they keep the place so clean and neat. I can see the staff nonstop walking around to check the toys and floor.

My elder son enjoys this place and dont want to go home! Finally got him tired and he sleep like a log. My younger son is too young to play and got free admission. Friendly staffs and will definitely return back.

Ultimately, the country’s trampoline parks stand as a testament to how fun and safety can harmoniously coexist in modern leisure activities.
1. What should I wear and do I need special socks to jump?
For a fun and safe experience, wearing comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion is recommended. Think T-shirts, leggings, shorts, or joggers. Avoid wearing any loose accessories or jewellery.
Most importantly, you are required to wear a pair of non-slip grip socks. These socks are mandatory for safety and must be worn at all times while on the trampolines. You can either purchase them at the park’s counter (typically for a small fee) or, in some cases, bring your own if they meet the safety standards.
2. Do I need to book my session in advance, or can I just walk in?
While most trampoline parks accept walk-ins, it is highly recommended to book your session online in advance, especially if you plan to visit on a weekend, public holiday, or during school holidays. This is because each session has a limited capacity to ensure safety and a good experience for all jumpers. Booking ahead guarantees you a slot at your preferred time and helps you avoid the disappointment of a fully booked session.
3. What are the typical prices for a session, and are there special deals?
The price for a session at a trampoline park in Singapore typically ranges from S$20 to S$30 per person for an hour of jumping. Prices are often higher on weekends and public holidays compared to weekdays. Look out for special promotions that cater to different groups:
Loyalty Programs: Some parks offer multi-visit passes that provide savings for frequent jumpers.
Student Discounts: Many parks offer discounted rates for students on weekdays.
Group Packages: You can often find cheaper rates per person when booking for a group of four or more.
Multi-hour Passes: Buying a 2-hour pass is usually more cost-effective than booking two separate 1-hour sessions.
4. Are trampoline parks only for kids, or are there activities for adults too?
Trampoline parks in Singapore are designed to be a fun and active experience for all ages. While they are a huge hit with children, they offer a wide range of activities that are perfect for adults and “active girlies.” These include trampoline fitness classes, competitive games like trampoline dodgeball and basketball slam dunk, and challenging obstacle courses inspired by “Ninja Warrior.” The freedom of bouncing, along with the thrill of foam pits and high-flying jumps, makes it a great workout and a fun group activity.
5. Are there any age, height, or weight restrictions I should be aware of?
Yes, for safety reasons, there are usually some restrictions. While parks are generally open to all ages, certain areas or activities may have specific height requirements, such as for advanced trampolines or ninja warrior courses. Most trampoline parks have a maximum weight limit, which is typically around 120kg. For young children, there are often designated “Junior Jumper” areas or specific sessions for those below a certain age or height, with rules that require a parent or guardian to supervise.
6. Can I celebrate a birthday party or host a private event there?
Absolutely! Trampoline parks are a popular venue for birthday parties and other celebrations. Most parks offer dedicated party packages that include jump time for all guests, a private party room for food and cake cutting, and sometimes even a dedicated party host to lead games. Some parks also offer flexible options, such as an “unhosted” party package where you get the jump time and a room but manage the party yourself.
7. What kinds of activities can I expect besides just jumping on trampolines?
Modern trampoline parks offer a diverse range of activities to keep you engaged. Beyond the main trampoline arena, you can expect to find:
Wall Running: Advanced trampolines designed for running up and bouncing off walls.
Dodgeball Courts: A dedicated area for playing dodgeball on trampolines.
Slam Dunk Zones: Trampolines that let you bounce high enough to dunk a basketball.
Foam Pits: Large pits filled with soft foam cubes for practicing flips and landing safely.
Ninja Warrior Courses: Challenging obstacle courses with monkey bars, rock climbing walls, and other elements.
8. Do I have to sign a waiver, and can I do it online?
Yes, signing a waiver is a mandatory requirement for all participants at trampoline parks. The waiver is a legal document that acknowledges the inherent risks of trampolining and confirms that you agree to abide by the park’s safety rules. To save time and ensure a smooth check-in process, it is highly recommended that you complete the waiver online before your visit. If you are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver on your behalf.
9. How early should I arrive for my session?
It is best to arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled session time. This buffer allows you to complete the check-in process, sign or verify your waiver, put on your grip socks, and attend the mandatory safety briefing. Sessions start and end on time, so arriving late will mean you lose valuable jumping time.
10. Are there any lockers or changing rooms available at the parks?
Yes, most trampoline parks in Singapore provide lockers for you to store your belongings securely. It is highly recommended to leave any valuable items, bags, and loose accessories in a locker before you start jumping. Many parks also have basic changing room facilities, allowing you to change into your workout gear before your session.
