Amazingly, we got a place here last minute, when we made the call during dinner time for 11pm to 2am slot. Person who picked up the call and the counter staffs are friendly and it was easy to book a slot and just go in to sing. There’s no interruptions during your singing hours too.

Friendly and efficient staff! Good range of mandarin songs. Reached out to the Teo Heng team to enquire if my cat can join us for the karaoke session if my cat remains in the carrier, and they agreed. It was definitely a wonderful experience to share with my cat! The volume might be a bit loud for the animal, just have to make sure the animal is comfortable with louder sounds and not to blast the volume too loud. Room can get a bit chilly as well, which is a good thing, but make sure your pet is properly equipped. Do reach out to them to check with them if you’re intending to bring your pet along!

They have huge selection of food variety and songs selection.  We booked their biggest family room that can sit 20 pax comfortably for our Christmas Party and the whole experience was wholesome.  They certainly have the most friendly and service-orientated staffs lead by Ms Lynn too! We enjoyed ourselves so much and this place is a definitely MUST-TRY!

Recently visit this awesome karaoke located at plaza singapura, it was look so fancy and attractive to us, and we just pass by here after our dinner at nandos, and we direct walk in and have a 3 hours session. Jewel Music Box Balestier offers a great space for music lovers to bond in merriment. Jewel offers reasonable rates compared to other entertainment providers in the market. $18 per head with free flow snacks and drinks, what a bargain! Their VIP rooms and Large rooms has always been our must-go place. Jewel staffs, esp Siew Xian have always been welcoming and inviting to receive my bunch of crazy boys. This has been our 4th visits and we will keep coming back. Thanks for everything!

The KTV experience done right. I love it. It’s refreshingly different. It is expensive though because you’re having fun singing and you don’t want it to end and you won’t know when you’re adding hour after hour to keep the fun going. So make sure you’re prepared with your budget or have a hard stop on time because the experience is addictive! 2 hours should usually be enough. We were down 1200 SGD in 3 hours between 4 people.

Wonderful place for karaoke. The rooms nicely designed, the seats are comfortable. Great selection of songs. The sound system is not bad. The mics are relatively clear. They have a nice selection of wines, whiskeys and cocktails. Best you could order food in. We order via Grab, Ginza Japanese food. Overall we had a great time here. Thumbs up.

What a new experience after a 3 years Covid-19 break! Sound system is superb! What amazes me is the gigantic 🎤 mic, which I have never seen before. Surprisingly quiet haunt in a key part of Orchard Road that deserves more business! Was able to walk in at 7pm to get seats for my party of two. There is even pool tables beside the dining area in the vicinity of the store; making this a potentially good place for corporate hangouts. The food served is a Western-Korean fusion; with items such as Wings, Popcorn Chicken and Milkshakes on the menu. Dessert selection is pretty great as well.

Great place if you want to belt your lungs out or sing your blues away. Great song selection and excellent sound system. Rooms are quite spacious and soundproof, so no need to fear if you’re just learning songs or wailing. Weekends are very crowded (including Fridays), so do try to book if you want a room. The open mic area is very happening on the weekends too. The crowd tends to be very friendly and inclusive, so if you can’t get a room it’s a great alternative option. Parking: Multi-storey carpark. Lots of lots and easy access.

Superb service by the friendly staff who was helpful to explain the console. The song selection control is a touchscreen, and is so user-friendly. Ordered some bar bites and drinks (only took photos of crispy chicken karate/honey lemon, forgotten about the rest). Honestly I didn’t expect the food to be served HOT, and was genuinely impressed!

Staff were really courteous and helpful, and even offered us a free large snack platter. Their room could comfortably fit 17 of us, and had sufficient amenities for us to enjoy the evening. The price paid for a 2-hour session also came with free drinks (e.g., coke, green tea, honey ginger, etc.).
