1st experience here was passable a few years ago, most probably due to the fact we came late and they were near closing time… Today, WOW!!! My favourite was the gambas but I have to give special mention to the paella negro…. well cooked, with the nice undercrust!!! seafood was fresh (especially the prawns), the squid wasn’t overcooked. Highly recommended.

Went on a slow weekday night. Food was mostly “hits”. We ordered the tapas tasting menu and a few other tapas to share. The squid ink paella was unique. Waiters were attentive to needs (eg top-up water, change plates, checking in etc).

Melissa Ong
Had a really great time here. Enjoyed the octopus leg, croquettes, paella and churros. Service was excellent! More detailed pics of the food and other reviews on my IG melz_ong.

This is a place you must visit if you love Spanish food Everything was a hit and my absolute favourites are the Barrio ‘Bikini’ Sandwich and the ‘Huevos Rotos’ with Jamon Iberico. Would totally be back again!

As a gluten free diner I called in advance and asked if I could bring my own bread/crackers and they said yes. They even offered to toast my bread when I brought it out of the bag. Staff was very well versed with gluten free knowledge (a ⭐️ for me!) A true test for Spanish tapa is the patata bravas. While not served traditionally (potato cubes) as they used baby potatoes I totally enjoyed the brava sauce. The prawn with hummus was served differently from normal (my husband preferred without the hummus) but I enjoyed the spiced oil with the creamy hummus. Service is efficient with the view of the kitchen.

Una pays a lot of attention to details from the booking reservation to ensuring the dining experience a really special one. Thank you Maya for your follow up. The food is first class using the freshest ingredients for a delightful fine dining experience. The lobster bisque, Char-Grilled Atlantic Cod and Sofrito Rice are definitely worth returning for. Although their young service staff are undergoing training, they do their very best and are most enthusiastic. Please be patient with them when they have to cater to a full house. Enjoy the elegant setting instead.

I am so sorry that I forgot to take more photos before doing this review. The food is indeed of the quality that transports us to Spain. My family visits Spain quite frequently as my brother studied there. The alcohol is affordable and the taste of the dishes are pretty comparable to what we had in Spain. We love that it is a casual place too. I would definitely come back again!

Menu is quite small but food is delicious. Pricing is also reasonable. I would come back again.

Lovely brunch at Tinto…pretty speedy service for 1230pm Saturday booking and seated at the back where there is plenty of natural light. Highlights are octopus (not in picture), anchovies, and the paella of the day (pork and wagyu beef). Lovely glass of Godello from Telmo Rodriguez. Will return.

This is our 3rd visit. Our reviews on Spanish Pork Rib & Sour cream pizza – some parts are saltish. Grilled Norwegian Salmon with Potatoes – missing the tasty rice combo. Would love to have rice over potatoes. We are seated at table T50 & would like to thanks the sweet & lovely lady staff who gave us free Passion Fruit Sorbet upon hearing our feedbacks. As always.. excellent service from the crews !

5 stars! Last night 3/10/24 was the first time my wife and I dined here at this Guoco Tower ground floor restaurant, and it was so lovely! Big Shoutout to our server May that was so welcoming and helpful, with all her stellar recommendations and efficiency start to finish 🙏🏻 We happened to go for the seafood dishes and they were so delicious, from the octopus leg to the seafood paella and special clams dish. We couldn’t get enough so we ordered the Spanish Omelette too! One for one wine during happy hour was a nice bonus. Loved the ambience too. Muchos gracias, we will be back!

Excellent place for innovative tapas. 2 of us decided to go for more small dishes instead a large main. Recommendations given by our server (forgot to ask her name, young Chinese girl, assuming local) were spot on. Definitely will be back.

Fadhillah J
I’ve been coming to FOC for 8 years and it’s never disappointed. The food is consistently amazing, and the service is impeccable. I had to write this rave review to applaud how service never falters in this restaurant. Last night I accidentally spilled water on my table. The hostess was super polite about the mess we made and she graciously quickly moved us to a new one – that really made us super grateful for the evening. The staff is always smiling and friendly. FOC is a must-visit for anyone looking for great Spanish food, fabulous cocktails and service. Highly recommend the Braised Ox Tail, Prawns Al Ajillo, Patatas Bravas and Croquetas are always a must! We’ll definitely be back!!

Ellie
I absolutely loved this restaurant! A few friends recommended it after their trip to Singapore, so I knew I had to try it. We ordered the Smoked Cantabrico Anchovies on Charcoal Brioche, Sea Urchin, King Crab & Tarragon Butter on Toast, Beetroot Salad, Yellow Corn & Potato ‘Bomba,’ ‘Patatas Bravas’ FOC Style (definitely a must-try), Octopus, and Lamb Shoulder. Every dish was incredible and bursting with flavour! We finished with the cheesecake, which was to die for, and the chocolate hazelnut cake, which was delicious but very rich. Honestly, one dessert would have been enough as the portions are quite generous. The service started off great but became a bit slower as the place got busier. Still, we’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Singapore!
