I love the most is the durian mochi. Melt in the mouth…. overall I love the service from booking till end of it. We had great birthday celebration for my 1st son. All of us enjoyed the Mala soup, Oxtail Asam pedas, Burger… durian cream puff is awesome too. For those who signed up for membership is free. Went on a PH. Good variety of food and nice atmosphere and place for family to bond and chill for the holiday or weekend gathering. Fused together food with a bit of different Asia cuisine. Love the crabs which they provided equipments and tools to negotiate around the shell and peel the flesh off easily. Their signature dish is their Laksa. Also try their durian puree. Great service by Philip Chua and his team. Was pleasantly surprised when they brought 2 cakes to our table as my daughter and myself were having birthday 1 day apart in May 2024. Philip actually came over to ask for feedback on the spot on what is good or need improvement. Thanks once again Philip and your team. Keep up the good work!

Had a pleasant experience dining with friends at FernTree Café. The buffet dinner price is reasonable, they have a decent variety and their food is tasty in general. Personally recommends their laksa, crayfish and durian pengnat. Service is good and the staff are polite, friendly and attentive.

Great place to eat an international buffet spread! Great place to enjoy good food including our Muslim friends as the food is halal-certified. Has a widespread of desserts, sashimi, international food, Indian food, salad, warm/cooked food. One of the best place for a buffet in Singapore. Sumptuous meal indeed. We had our Annual Company Dinner at Carousel this year. It was a splendid choice indeed. The exceptional & outstanding service and professionalism even rolled up before we started the dinner. Begins with the Restaurant Manager (Mr Mogan) who ensured that our experience will be a memorable one. The array of food served at the buffet stations and the taste is beyond expectations. Our Bosses and staff really enjoyed their meal. We had a great time bonding while being served by your attentive, polite and professional service crews namely Mr Sara, Ms Eiyan and Ms Grace – especially Mr Sara who was superb throughout to ensure that we were all comfortable & enjoyed our experience at Carousel. First time visited this place on good Friday for their high tea. 5 tiers of savories, unlimited desserts, one serve of tea/coffee and complimentary champagne/ cocktails. for the price and quality, it’s pretty worthy. Food is good, some misses like that tandoori chicken which is alittle dry. pretty little sweets for after meals.. can’t devor much after their savories. Staffs are attentive and friendly. complimentary parking for diners is a great catch. relaxing ambience. Give it a shot if ain’t a buffet person.

Best buffet in town! Hands down! The range of variety is excellent, the quality is impressive across different cuisine available. The cold cuts and sashimi are fresh while the hot food ( Chinese , western, local and Indian ) are all delicious and expected of a 5 star hotel. Service is impeccable and ambience is lovely . They are pretty busy even for a weekday lunch and I can see why . Will be back !

Absolutely delicious!!!!!!!!!! Great atmosphere, good spread of local dishes and seafood (coupled with other cuisines which I didn’t go for as I had other priorities!), and service was impeccable – staff was very attentive. Highlight for me was the XO fish noodle soup – this was definitely the sleeper dish of them all, not as raved about in other reviews but boy was it good!!! Had the laksa too but it was too thick imo – still delicious but fish noodle soup would be my top pick. Another dark horse was the Rojak which was absolutely delicious too!!! Seafood was very fresh and a great spread of dessert. 10/10 recommend – we were so stuffed. Place was very well laid out too – decor was great and tables were decently sized and well spread apart. Restaurant was fully packed but it didn’t felt too squished.

A good food lineup of international cuisine to enjoy at own pace. Excellent customer service. Despite the overwhelming crowds (diners taking additional tables along the walkway outside restaurant), the service team was friendly & greeted everyone with a smile. They were prompt to clear our table & proactive too. A staff brought us extra napkins when he noticed that we could use some more. They also served cappuccinos when requested. A wonderful lunar new year lunch. 😊

Came here with my family and aunty from overseas for high tea and we really enjoyed it. For $14++ there’s a wide variety of desserts (nonya Kuey, egg tarts, sandwiches, nasilemak, bean curd (sugar or gula melaka), Qing teng, Poh piah and drink options (hot/cold + kombucha). Really value for money and delicious! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not forgetting the nice ambience. Would definitely recommend if you love high tea and want to have a good time. 🙂

Had a very filling, tasty lunch with mum & she gave it two-thumbs up. Being a fastidious Nonya, the Penang Peranakan lunch buffet came up to expectations, especially the pig stomach soup, herbal duck noodle soup, kueh pei-tee & even the desserts! My only beef was that the nasi ulam rice was dry, due to it being placed under the heat lamp too long. The herbs were cut too small for proper ‘taste’ & there was no fish flakes ….. The servers & staff were attentive & helpful – making sure that our table was constantly cleared & clean. Otherwise, a good spread for a reasonable price for lunch, finished off with good old teh tarik!

Great experience here for a company lunch. Customer service was superb since the time we made the booking till the day itself. If I had a bigger stomach, it would have been a better experience so that I could have eaten way more. Variety of dishes available. Great Japanese food and the sashimi was fresh. Wide selection of seafood, local and international cusines, desserts! The food was fresh and delicious, definitely cater to all taste buds. Seating area is huge, they have tables to cater both small and large groups. Service staff is not as attentive probably understaffed but chefs are always replenishing food! Buffet spread was neat, decorated so enticely! CNY vibes 🐲 🧧Though would like to highlight they lacked beverages. They offer only water and coffee. Other drinks are on ala carte menu. I believe this venue can be booked for wedding as well. Seating area is huge but do note there are pillars around. It was great time spent for CNY Lunch. Seats near windows can get really warm but the view of MBS is impeccable! 💯

I’m satisfied with the food. There is a variety of food. Service is quick to clear the plates. Staff is friendly. We even teach each other how to make ice-kacang using the ice machine. One of the best lunch buffet I had for a long time. Quality of food is fresh and good variety. Especially the stew beef short rib and stew duck, apple crumbles and ice cream is very nice.
