An amazing hotel with an amazing view from the top, especially from the infinity pool. Don’t miss the view at night from the pool. It’s incredible! The service is very good and the staff is attentive to your needs. It’s conveniently located in the center of the city and walking distance to the main attractions, such as the gardens and Merlion, as well as the singing fountain and the shopping mall. The only downside is that the hotel used to have a sauna and steam room, but it is no longer available. The hotel does offer free access to the fitness center, which is located near the hotel, short walking distance.

The most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed at. If I could give more than 5* then I would. The staff are exceptional and make you feel very special as if you were the only guests. They cannot do enough to make your stay the best it can be. The food is incredible too. My saving up jar will be starting again as soon as I get home – I cannot wait to go back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Marina Bay Sands. We stayed one night only to experience the pool. I was concerned that the pool would be crowded but it wasn’t. The view at the top is truly amazing. I stayed there on a Tuesday in October. I got upgraded to a bayside suite room in Tower 3 in a newly renovated room and was able to watch the light show at the Gardens by the Bay which happens twice a night. The service was amazing and despite being such a big hotel, I did not feel lost or without attention. There is also a laser light show at the marina bay sands complex at night which was fun. Get there early to secure good seats. The area is fun to walk around or jog. There is also a mall attached and a casino. (Did not go so can’t comment).

Staying at the Fullerton Hotel has almost been our yearly affair since 2016. This year, we were given the Heritage Room and much to our pleasant surprise, it was huge! As usual, we love the place and experience. Dining was interesting as we tried out the special themed buffet. Food was however rather average but nevertheless good experience as it was interesting to have local fare within the hotel. It was NDP Preview week so it was a good to experience the fireworks!

Perfectly situated and very grand. An excellent hotel; there were baffling daily slips by housekeeping, like failing to replace hand towels some days, or to restock milk on others, but were all addressed with a quick call to reception. The buffet breakfast had the most extraordinarily broad selection, everything from Indian to Chinese, Malaysian to English, and a smattering of French, very enjoyable.

We had a fantastic couple of days at the Mandarin Oriental. The refurbishment of the hotel has been done to a very high standard, and our room was of a very fine modern quality. Breakfast was excellent as expected, and the additional optionality of Haus on 21st floor was an oasis of calm. Pool managed very well, and gym full of modern equipment which was very helpful. Perhaps mot importantly, the Mandarin Oriental has maintained an outstanding level of customer service; very personal and welcoming throughout.

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel. We arrived a few hours early, and Mae was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions about places to visit and eat. Despite my birthday was two days ago, she acknowledged it and upgraded us to a nicer room on the upper level. The hotel rooms were well-appointed and exceptionally clean. Throughout our entire stay, every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful. This hotel truly made our trip memorable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, luxurious stay. This is a top of the line Hilton. The location is great. Tons of restaurants and stores in very easy walking distance. The executive lounge is one of the best for breakfast, but they also have snacks and happy hour daily. This is my second trip here. It will not be my last.

Room was clean and spacious, with a good view. The toilets came with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries, so it was great. Bed was comfy as well. The staff prepared a small cake and decorations as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. They also noted on my request to deep clean the room and one of the staff (Joel) connected with me when checking in to confirm that they have deep cleaned the room. It was a nice gesture Fitness centre was open 24/7 and it was very well equipped as well.

My family and I liked the location of your hotel. Accessible by MRT and it is near East Coast Parkway and Parkway Parade. We found the short stay relaxing and comfortable. We liked the spacious room allocated to us at a higher level , and the room facilities provided. We tried the hotel dinner buffet that Friday night. We loved the delicious food available for diners. We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed our stay immensely. We has limited interaction with the staff but check-in and check-out were perfect. The room was well appointed. The beds were great as were the linens. The rain fall shower was a treat. We spent some time at the pool. It is very relaxing with great views. The location worked well for us. We didn’t use the transit system but walking to the river was only a few minutes. We didn’t eat there as there are just too many choices in Singapore.

I visited the Capella for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist, and provided great guidance throughout. The facility is beautifully designed with meticulous attention to detail. I especially loved the garden and pool architecture, which is arranged in small islands throughout the property, offering a sense of privacy and sanctuary. The free living peacocks and wild birds add to that feeling. The food was outstanding, and the conference room was perfect for presentations, equipped with a large monitor in a spacious hall with glass ceilings. I would definitely return and recommend this place. Another plus point would also be a small beach nearby, ideal for a morning run while watching boats in the harbor.

My family and I came here for a birthday staycation and we really enjoyed our stay. The service staff made my birthday feel really special and they were super accommodating with my young child! We really appreciate how the staff set up a crib in our room and how when we went to the restaurants, the staff were so very thoughtful with services for our child. Our room was very beautiful and worth every cent! We also loved strolling our child around the hotel compound and down at the beach (just a short distance away). Would come back again for another family staycation!
