Great experience at the Jyu capsule hotel ! Easy self check in for last minute booking, clean and comfortable capsules. Loved the TV in the capsule with streaming platforms, can just link AirPods in Bluetooth and you’re set! Bathroom was very clean too. Staff was also really great, and loved talking to them after check out. With breakfast and a cheaper price, this hotel would be even better!

Cool experience! First time using a capsule and I loved it. Prior to my arrival there was great information from the staff, the automated check-in process was smooth as I arrived from the airport. Very clean everywhere. And the mattress was excellent.

The place is not that easy to spot but there is the check in counter before you go up with the elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s clean, quite chill and spacious. The capsules are comfortable and nicely air conditioned.

Our stay at the pod hotel was a great experience. It was the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed at. There is free drinking water, tea and coffee available, as well as free slippers, toothbrush and paste. The staff was friendly and eager to solve all our extra wishes which were a lot since I fell sick in Singapore. They were so helpful and kind. I liked sleeping in a little pod that is really your own private space and feels very cosy. If we return to Singapore I will be happy to come here again 🙂

Location is very accessible to the nearest MRT station, and walking distance to a lot of the other main tourist destinations. Definitely a great place to stay for a few nights if you have an event to attend, the air conditioning was almost too good! (35 degrees outside and i still managed to actually feel cold each night)

For the price to value, the place is really good! The Receptionist was very kind and really helpful. Place is also very very clean. Not a spot on the sheet, toilet, everything! Air con is great and at the right temp, dunno why people complain that it’s too cold or dirty, as far as I see it, they work with the feedback and clear everything up. One thing to notice is the access. The nearest MRT is 400m away, so I need a bit of walking, but still acceptable for me. Definitely gonna be back.

I stayed one night at this hostel. It was quiet  and very cosy.  I got here from Changi airport by MRT and bus. The hostel is only five minutes walking from the bus stop.  The Air conditioner worked well in the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

Right in the heart of Chinatown. The queen size cubicle gave a lot of space. Very comfortable for one person. Was quiet at night and I liked the dim purple lighting. Room temperature was good. Can be a bit cold during the day. Staff are so friendly and I love the Filipino friendliness. Breakfast had a reasonable but not big selection of toast, eggs, frying pan and two types of fruit. Plenty of showers on the top floor. I will stay again!

I stayed in a queen bed capsule in a room of 12. Capsules were clean and comfortable. Guests were considerate and were quiet. There is of course the sound of zipping bags as they move around. Bring ear plugs. Bathrooms are dry and mostly clean although some of them have a smell which may be due to plumbing. Fantastic location. Overall a great budget location to stay especially as a solo traveller. Would recommend it.

Tidy, clean and quiet hostel. The location is perfect! The pod’s door is quite loud and still acceptable. There are two USB charging ports in the single pod type. If you want to use power sockets, they have it outside the pod. Lights are able to adjust freely. Air-con is cool but weak air-flow in the pod. Overall, this hostel is really good for backpackers and solo travellers.

Clean and great place to stay for solo travellers. Convenient location with seconds away from the Chinatown MRT. The staff were friendly and there were enough washrooms + showers, that I didn’t have the problem of waiting for one to become available. Pods were spacious and had 2 usb ports and a universal outlet! Free breakfast within a certain time and there are storage lockers for your carry-on or luggage.

We stayed there for two nights and had a great time! This pod hotel is everything you expect for, even more. Very clean, spacious bathroom, and well equipped pod (three sockets inside, and towels are included). Lockers are huge, and very practical. Breakfast is included and there is a water fountain. Indeed as mentioned in other reviews, I think some people are staying very long term because there is a lot of stuff in the room where the pods are (hanging towels and clothes, lots of shoes, suitcases, even some small storing systems) but it was not a bother for us. The room is a bit dark and not very ventilated, but the inside of the pod is very neat and clean. I recommend it!

Clean and strategic location, provide water for refill, free WiFi, simple breakfast every morning, friendly staff, laundry service at SGD8 for washing and drying. Opposite is a kopitiam that provides nice and cheap food. Overall very satisfying. Provide a locker for luggage, that will be an issue for travellers with big luggage and messy stuff, you will have to pack and rearrange at the common area provided.

Dream Lodge is a perfect accommodation for backpackers. The nearest metro station is 10 minutes walk and the bus stand is just across the street. The prominent localities like Little India, Chinatown are within 3 km. The place was clean, so were the beds and washrooms. The place has all the amenities as mentioned. The pod was of decent size and the mattress was comfortable, a locker was provided just beneath the pod. Complimentary breakfast was available, fruit, juices, cereals, and bread and spreads.

Dream Lodge really lived up to its name ! The team there is super friendly, they remembered my name and greeted me like an old friend each day🙂 the breakfast is yummy and often they leave it out until late morning if you’re a late riser. The bed pods are super comfy as well so you should sleep well. Location is very central for Singapore and only a 5mins walk to two different subway lines. The book selection in the common area is wonderfully eclectic (there’s a surprisingly large number on getting good Google SEO lol). Check it out!
