Exceptional service by Marjun. He introduced me dishes and explained in details about it. Asked me if I had any allergy or if do i don’t eat any meat. So thoughtful of him to be! A true asset for the establishment! Thank you Marjun! You made my day! Dishes arrived timely!

This place is so underrated!! Beautiful interior and ambience. Visited recently and was served by a very humble and dashing Ferdinand. Food was stellar with the old folks enjoying the beef rendang and Ikan Tempur.

Crab buffet, you don’t get that a lot nowadays. Crabs were fresh with 4 varieties to choose from. White pepper crab was my favourite. Very generous with refills.

Ed Seng

Good value $65 buffet with fantastic local dishes. Known for wide selection of crabs including chilli crabs, tomyum crabs, dry savory crabs and Mongolian crabs. Satay was good too. Desserts was super yummy with teppanyaki ice cream. Good deal!

This is a hidden gem. Was brought by relatives here for high tea buffet and there were quite a few dishes available. The most amazing thing is every single dish was delicious- the Laksa, Mee Siam, the Kuehs, the Cempedak and etc.

Wacleus

Indeed a hidden gem! Serving truly delicious and authentic Nyonya food. The place is not crowded so you will have an enjoyable dining experience. One advice is to remember to keep space for their desserts! Highly recommended to patronise!

Love the food here, especially the “Blue Ginger” Chicken. Packed with flavours and succulent tender chicken. The Satay Babi was great as well. We like most of the dishes except Babi Pongteh, which was a little disappointing as it wasn’t as fragrant as compared to other Nyonya restaurants that we’ve tried.

Eileen

Always a joy to have Peranakan food! Blue Ginger is always one of the few that comes to my mind. This outlet at Tanjong Pagar shophouse has a second level seating as well! Usually they will have the Achar as a “starter”. My friend loves their Achar.
