Had a massive crack in my two years old suitcase (due to airline mishandling) and the Rimova resolved my case within 4 days only – including assessment of the damage and subsequently offering a free replacement with a new suitcase which I could gladly pickup from the outlet today. Was looking for the Cactus (green) Lojel carry on but apparently a lot of shops don’t carry it anymore. I finally found this shop through an app and they had a range of Lojel luggages. Authentic, have already applied for my warranty. Transaction was smooth and they replied quick to queries too. If you’re looking for a carry on that is expandable, can try this Lojel but do note that it can only be opened from the front.

Bought a backpack in the outlet on a Sunday morning while the shop was quite busy. I was attended by a promoter but I chose to look at the backpacks myself. It was quite a surprise when making payment. The promoter helped me to double check all the zip and compartments, even though I have done a quick check. Before that, they also initiatively told me that there are new pieces in other outlet as mine one (display set) is the last unit, but I don’t mind at all. My item was nicely packed into the original wrapping bag before it was placed into the paper bag. The promoter bow a bit to me when she passed me the item. I can feel that they serve customer with a better attitude compared to any other brands that I had made purchases before. Happy!

Always wanted a Tumi bag for work and chose to go down to ION Orchard Tumi outlet because of the many good Google reviews. True enough the staff were helpful and professional, especially Lance from the ION Orchard outlet. He was patient in opening the bag of my interest and explained further whenever I had questions. Lance also assisted with arranging for the bag to be delivered to my home from the warehouse as they did not have stock, and he also assisted with getting the correct letters and colour for the embossing to be done on the bag.
