Had an eminent luggage which is around 10 years old that needed to fix the wheels. Whatsapped them and brought it for repair. Cost $35 and takes 3 days which is reasonable. Also help to fix a crack in the luggage for another $20.

Upon getting the okay to go down within minutes, I went down. The guy who took my case inspected the entire suitcase for any other issues before proceeding to get the handles replaced. Chanced upon DA when googling for luggage repair services to replace my American Tourister wheels. Yee Ling was very fast and responsive via WhatsApp when I requested for a quote. Price was the same as if I were to go down to the official Samsonite service centre, but minus the hassle as DA provided door-to-door collection and return service. It may not be suitable for people in a rush as the next available collection date given was almost 6 weeks away, likely due to luggage left unused because of the pandemic and large number of people resuming travelling. Repair took about 2 weeks. Payment was easy and convenient via PayNow. They also sent helpful reminders the day before when my luggage was due for collection and return. Overall their service was pleasant and good, will recommend if you do not need things done urgently.

I walked into this rather vintage shop which to my surprise, it is not your everyday shop, it offer from, restoration works from shoe, bag and luggage as well. I wanted a button on my bag so I can easily snap on and off without having to use the zipper so to prevent stuffs from falling out. It might not be the cheapest in town but the quality and workmanship is superb. I highly recommend this store! Our first purchase here at the planet traveler paragon and we got a great deal. But after we brought the luggage back to the hotel and filled it, the lock was jammed and cannot be opened with the original combination. So we brought the suitcase back to the store and the store manager and assistant were able to help us with the problem. Although the previous suitcase’s lock still jammed they were able to forcibly open it and take all our belongings out. And they even provide us with a new suitcase change.
