We really love the vibrant atmosphere here in HDL@CenturySquare, we were greeted by all the staffs, from reception, walking to our table and the one designated to attend to our table. Their smiles and joyous mood really whipped up our appetite. The soup choices are mind boggling and we settled with the 3 Delights and Tomato based soups, which satisfies my wife and I greatly. The foods are very fresh and must give credit to the tasty cabbage, you can taste its raw sweetness. Finally and the most important point that made the entire duration delightful is, all the staffs, from the one who brought us to the table, the one who help us decide our food choices, the one who brought the soup to us who meticulously placed the correct type of soup base for us and also, the manager, Ms Lin who popped by ever so often to check on us, ensuring our needs are attended to promptly. Super worthy buffet during weekday! A lot of food options here and the ambience was good. Lamb lover must try here, but they do have seafood, beef, chicken and pork. Very fresh and tender. Variety of soup bases to be chosen. Can take their small dishes like black fungus, seaweed and fruit too. Personally love the mangolia yogurt as well. Very nice. Definitely will return here and have food feast again.

Not a fan of lamb in most hotpot places, but it’s amazing here. The soups are so rich that topping up with the base is sufficient (you don’t need to ask for the original soup at all!). The food very fairly priced. And more importantly, the service is attentive, the seats spacious and the ambience great for gatherings.

Uncle Fong Hotpot offers a delightful hotpot experience with an excellent selection of broths and top-notch service. We opted for the Mala and Pork Bone broths and were thoroughly impressed. The Mala broth packed a numbing punch without overpowering the palate, while the pork broth provided a decent alternative. The staff’s kindness in offering us a sample of their Collagen Chicken broth halfway through our meal was much appreciated and our only regret was not selecting it as one of our hotpot broths earlier, as it turned out to be a clear yet flavour-packed delight that left us instantly hooked. They offer a wide selection of meats, ranging from beef, pork, and chicken to even frog and pork innards. I especially enjoyed their Crunchy Mushroom, which is perhaps my favourite mushroom to have in hotpot now. Surprisingly, I didn’t experience the usual parched and slightly dehydrated feeling after drinking several bowls of soup, which is common at other reputable hotpot restaurants. Additionally, their ongoing lunch promotion, offering free soup bases, added to the enjoyment of the experience, with our total bill amounting to less than $30 per person.

Excellent food. Flawless service. Classy yet cozy atmosphere. I had the $24.9++ individual lunch set with my partner on Saturday and this is what I get – including a fresh abalone! While it might be a bit expensive at night, if you want to try out this restaurant, come during lunch. It doesn’t hurt your wallet as much while you could enjoy the high quality food and service with less crowd. I would always go back if I desire authentic mala hotpot! Its service is so personalized, helpful yet not pretentious like the famous big hotpot chain… Highly recommended!

It’s been a while since I had a Hotpot & BBQ buffet, and Good Combo Hotpot & BBQ Buffet did not disappoint. I was impressed by the wide variety of food available. We tried their latest soup base, Premium Sauerkraut Fish, alongside my favorite, Tomato Soup. Besides the delicious meats, fresh vegetables, and mushrooms, I couldn’t get enough of their Xiao Long Bao—I had three baskets all to myself. To finish off the meal, they offer a selection of fruits, desserts, and ice cream.

Bbq and steamboat combined! This honestly is the best combo, just like the name. So we all get your own hotpot and bbq plate. Firstly expect to wait for about 30 to 45 min during peak hours. We went on a Fri dinner time, waited 45min. But… once we are in, we are all happily ordering. If u go with friends, u will realise that you can all order thru your own phone.. then it will all be sent tog to your table. They are really efficient with that. We took the middle tier pricing. The various marinated meat was super good. I love the lamb, spicy beef and the fresh oyster. We even tried to make our own oyster omelette. Will want to go back again but maybe good to reserve many days before. And if possible try to sit on the lower level so its not so stuffy.

We went to upsize the portion of meat and end up could not finished it. Soup taste is good, portion is big enough for one person. Verdict: 5/5. Order 1 side (sweet potato ball); verdict 3.5/5. Highly recommend to make reservations before going because the place is small. Note: it has a 75min time limit.
