Nestled below a boutique hotel’s cozy lobby, this ice cream spot is a hidden gem. The flavors are innovative and creamy, with each scoop a delightful surprise. The ambiance adds to the charm, making it the perfect place for a sweet treat after exploring the area! We got the earl grey lavender & pistachio ice cream. lovely!

Charlene Chong
Came to try their ice cream on croissant – and oh my god it was delicious. personally not the biggest fan of this combination but the ice cream sold it for me. earl grey was the best for me, but my friends enjoyed hojicha and cookie ice cream too. a bit small and harder to eat but i think next time i would just order for takeaway in a cup. ice cream highly recommended!!

kim dan
I would rate 9/10 over the taste, service, atmosphere but shop should have more selections for guest’s choices.

Ice cream is nice , the flavour that we tried and like is pistachio, rock melon, mint choco. But should try more flavour next time if in the area. Location is abit hidden from side, walk to middle of the building.

Too Xing Ji
Tried a double scoop of coconut and pistachio ice cream. Both were excellent! The pistachio is probably top two in Sg (most places just don’t get it right). Plenty of seating, friendly proprietor!

Decent dessert with wide range of ice cream flavours. Waffles was served hot and that’s the bonus! Pretty hard to find seats, waiting time was bearable.

4. Apiary

Apiary Best Ice Cream In Singapore

An apiary is a grouping of bee hives used for the storage of bees. Their idea for Apiary is to serve ice cream and unique pastries as a sweet destination. Apiary is made by Brian Lee and Travis Goh. The creators are dedicated to giving customers in sunny Singapore a wonderful ice cream experience! At the moment, they have three locations across the island, each with a distinct cuisine. They really believe that the only way they can produce the best ice cream in Singapore is to use premium, natural, and fresh ingredients. Really, it’s that easy. They pasteurize all of their dairy products in-house in their kitchen. Their ice cream is produced without the use of artificial flavours or colorings, giving it a rich, creamy, and smooth texture.

Not sure why but the waffle was a little too salty (?) this time round. Quality of ice cream remains consistent though.

Kris Ang
This is still by far the best ice cream & waffle place for me & my family. The waffle is light and fluffy and the icecream is outstanding! There’s a promotion going now, if you order the waffle with 2 scoops of icecream you get the 3rd scoop for free and if you order a pot of tea, there’s a discount of $3! So worth to go there now!!

Clémence Ailhaud
A lot of people there, we waited to be seated. The waffle was very good, the ice cream didn’t have that much flavor, but it was refreshing! Hot waffle with cold ice cream was nice to eat, it doesn’t melt that fast so you can take your time to eat.

YL Tan
My favorite is the coconut sorbet!! Subtle sweetness with coconut flesh.. so yummms.

JJ T
My all time favourite botanically-inspired gelato flavours  using natural fruits, flowers, pods, herbs, and spices. The Thyme cone waffle, fragrant, thin n crisp is just so good. The White Chrysanthemum, infused with chrysanthemum and sprinkled with bits of cacao nibs create a unique crunch, bitter and earthy floral taste. The Lychee Raspberry, is sweet, sour floral, fruity taste. Both ice-cream is smooth, milky, floral/fruity yet doesnt taste like sorbert. $10.30 for this double scoop in cone definitely dont come in cheap but worth it.

Rachael Sapphire
Always a staple for us, we love the flavour profiles of the ice creams here which tend to be more creative and refreshing than other ice cream places. Gelato is also creamy and delightful. Our favourite flavours have to be the osmanthus pear, strawberry basil, chrysanthemum, and chocolate! A must to get the cones as well!

Hazeline Goh
Had cookies and milk on the cone and peanut butter and coconut mango on the waffle. Love the coconut mango 😋 Ice cream, cones and waffles are all very nice. Will definitely be back again if I’m nearby the area.

Tammy san
Love the pistachio ice cream! the texture was thick and smooth, super creamy with a lovely pistachio flavour. the cone on its own tastes good too, beautiful brown butter colour. coffee was good too. option of outdoor and indoor seating. the only inconvenience would be the ice cream fridge being by the door, making it hard for customers to enter and awkward for people looking at the flavours.

Ei Ei Khine
I got tried the burntcones first time on the opening day. They have many favors. Latte, dark chocolate and black sesame are ver nice.

Tom's Palette Best Ice Cream SG

Tom’s Palette, which was founded in 2005 out of their love and passion for ice cream, is most known for its creative colouring outside of the culinary realm. Their expanding collection of 180 flavours, which includes both traditional and unconventional flavours like Salted Egg Yolk, Nasi Lemak, and Mango Sticky Rice, continually challenges our notion of what makes gelato exceptional. Fresh and raw ingredients are the cornerstone of their concept, and each cup, pint, or tub is created by hand without the use of artificial flavouring, stabilisers, or premixes. At Singapore’s Tom’s Pallete ice cream, every offer is crafted with love.

Good variety of flavours that are legit – flavourful and not overly sweet! Friendly and patient staff too despite the crowd. :”-)

Kian Yong
My go-to dessert shop, though it can get very crowded. Decor is warm and inviting, and they offer a great variety of flavours. My personal favorites are the Pi Pa Gao and Guinness Chocolate (Guinness stands out more than choc, making it a perfect blend for stout lovers). And also, the ice cream is not too sweet, which is the highest praise any Asian can give. Highly recommended.

James Pee
Lovely and cosy ice cream parlour with countless options of interesting flavours – including pipa gao, milo, Guinness chocolate, and more! Good service from staff, though they could easily get overwhelmed as this is a popular ice cream place! Definitely want to return for more flavours! (likely the pipa gao next time!).

Dyon Quek
We tried their waffles with a scoop of roasted bronte pistachio and a scoop of caramalized banana with chocolate chips. The waffle was light, crispy and very airy. We initially felt that the waffle could be more buttery but the subtle taste of the waffle allowed the flavours of the ice cream to come through beautifully while giving us that crispy crunch still. The pistachio was lovely with strong nuttiness and a creaminess that completed the flavour nicely. As regular enjoyers of chocolate banana flavours, we really enjoyed the caramalized banana with chocolate chips. The banana flavours werent overly sweet and more imporantly didnt taste artificial! The waffles and ice cream were also priced affordably. We also really appreciated that they allowed us to sample before deciding on our flavours. The staff very patiently recommended flavours and encouraged us to sample and this was very welcome as there were interesting flavours we wanted to try. Will definitely be back for more.

🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤 The creaminess of the ice cream speaks for itself. It’s fresh, nicely textured, and not frozen hard. Best late night spot!

Kate Koh
Warm and genuine service from the staff, forgot to get her name but her service really made our day! Their waffle was light and crispy, and they have interesting gelato flavours. Really like the oolong peach, refreshing and light.
