We had an emergency situation when our storage heater started to leak.. I called Greenwood late in afternoon (Thur) and they were very fast with a quotation as well as in ordering a new storage heater.

Someone was sent to our place today (Fri) He texted before arriving to alert us that water would be shut off and later gave me time to collect some water before he started work. He was polite and cheerful and worked neatly without messing up. Now the new heater has been installed.. it was literally 16 hours from the time of my call til the installation of our new heater. I’m amazed at their good service. Highly highly recommend their services!

Mahfuz did a great job in the piping work required for the upgrade from 15L to 30L water heater. Before he did it, he explain to me that it might not look aesthetically pleasing due to the change in the piping direction. But he say he will try his best to not make it look awkward or out of place. And I am pleased with the outcome. It was unlike how I imagine it to be when he explain it to me.
