Nestled on the highest level of Hougang Mall with a gentleman greeting with a smile. Went to another money changer near the bus interchange but didnt get a good rate. A quick search and found this and went for it. Do make sure you withdraw cash before heading over. Plenty of ATM machine is around Hougang Mall. Will return again.
