My massage therapist certainly kneaded my body through like a bread dough and worked those knots out pretty well. My verdict. I had 1 prenatal session with Yukari san and decided to get postnatal massage with her too. After each session I was surprised by how much my body changed, less swelling and slimmer tummy. Also my body felt much lighter. Chatting with her was also a fun part of the session, although after a while I always fell asleep as it felt so nice to be massaged. Arranged for a mani pedi session last night after work and couldn’t be more relaxed getting a pampering session right at the comfort of my own home. The warm footspa is so relaxing just before bedtime. Eunice took note of my caution before we started as the skin around my nails bleed easily if a file goes over it. She was very careful and it definitely put me at ease. The most fun part is picking out the colours I wanted as it’s like a kid in a candy store, so many options to choose! I took classic over gel this time but would definitely recommend gel to anyone else as there are 5? 6? times more colours to pick from. She was very helpful in picking out all the cute pastels for my toes and even suggested they could be different on each feet, how adorable is that! What I love most though is that everything is sanitized between customers and tools used like ivory files and foam seperators are given to you to keep and use as they don’t reuse for the next person.
