The Fri & Sat seafood and wine buffet is spectacular! Free flow alcohol and an incredible variety of crab, lobster, various other seafood items and a beautiful dessert selection. Do not miss the truffle duck and salted egg yolk slipper lobster 🤤 ambience is vibrant and lively but laidback, and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. However, according to my aunt the crab claw under the seafood counter is tad too salty. Other than that, everything else was great. A huge thank you to Kasturi & Pretap for their service! Went for buffet dinner on Saturday. Good varieties of cold food. Snow crab legs, lobster, oyster, scallop abalone and so on. Lesser varieties of hot food as compared to other buffet but so far so good. As we cant eat much too.

Lobster is fresh. I added lobster to my laksa and it’s delicious. Cooked food is good. The variety of dessert is limited. Interior design is beautiful. I think the buffet is worth the price of $118++ per person. The standard of the buffet is comparable to Colony at Ritz Carlton hotel.

Overall food is tasty, I am usually not a fan of tempura but I love the eggplant tempura here. Tandoori is tasty too. Some parts are dryer, just choose those tender parts! Oysters and lobsters are fresh. Prawn can be sweeter but still fresh. (Pasta can be improved, too dry. Pork knuckle too hard. Dessert with chocolate are mostly bitter.) Will return again.

The dinner buffet was amazing. The first time we ate here was one year ago but our experience is just as consistent. They had a very good food selection, seafood and japanese sections are very premium (consisting of high quality imported lobsters, snow crabs, and shrimps). The sushi are as fresh as you can imagine and they also offer ebi tempura. I’m glad they also serve the local hainanese chicken rice and seafood noodle soups. Our friends specifically liked their Indian selection. I also loved their salad and desserts!

Very worth the money for Sunday brunch. Free flow lobsters seem to be the popular choice, but for me its the foie gras prepared by Chef JH Chua. Perfectly seared and well balanced with the brioche below.
