Brought my girls here for ear piercing. Naturally first time experience for them so there was some pain. But the staff were very reassuring and quick in their work. The staff were very nice throughout and they treated the girls to some wafer chocolate. We opted for the girls to have both ears pierced simultaneously. We then got vouchers included too. So it offset the cost. 18k gold costs $198 per pax. So with the $20 vouchers it cost $168 per pax. If you are a SK member you get to earn points too. Overall I will recommend this outlet.

I got pierced by Joe (made the appointment the day before on Whatsapp, where he also answered my questions) It was easy to find the shop via the shop number and the plan inside of the building. Joe was welcoming and funny and he showed me which earrings matched the pictures I‘ve sent him before the best. He then made marks in the middles of my ears and asked me if it was okay like this. The piercing was very quick and smooth and it didn‘t hurt much at all.
