Only bought a 3rd party ear pad here and they even helped to replace it, which wasn’t an easy task for my model. Full marks for the service.

Exit Tanjong Pagar MRT, turn right and walk towards Cheers & Guardian direction and go up one escalator. Then, make a left U-turn and you will see 7-11 shop (B1-02) in front of you. Now when 7-11 is on your right hand side, walk along the path, the podstop (B1-40) will be on your left hand side. I found this easier than accessing Guoco Tower.
