I’ve been taking my dog to Desmond for nearly seven years. My dog is over 7 years old and has anxiety, but Desmond is always patient and gentle. The place is very comfortable, and they don’t use any restraining tools. Desmond even carries my dog around when he needs something from across the room. He notices little details, like improvements in my dog’s skin or weight changes, and writes them down in a notebook for future reference. The only downside is the busy booking process, which requires scheduling six months in advance. However, this is a testament to the quality of their work and the many returning clients. Replies can be slow because they focus on the dogs during work hours, but this makes me feel confident leaving my dog there. I’ll continue to support this wonderful place.

Highly recommend, Staffs are caring and compassionate. Yumi my labradoodle was unwell and vomited multiple times after her swim , when we sent her for shower at Pet Loft. They called me up and informed me and to standby if she continues and to send her to a vet. They even passed me pee pads, plastic bags just in case she continues vomiting while we send her to the vet. They messaged me multiple times to check on Yumi if she’s okay.
