My wife and I engaged Rosette for our reception day decor, and coordination services for our multi-day wedding. They were generally great throughout the entire process, and saw us through a significant portion of our wedding journey. When we first engaged Rosette, Hellen, the founder, was very receptive to trying her best to accommodate to our budget, which was lower than what they initially quoted. In the end, we found a middle ground, where Hellen tried her best to make tweaks to better accommodate our budget while still ensuring we had all the services we needed. In the midst of the process, Hellen and team started offering a wedding prep course as one of their new services, which we joined, and found very useful in our preps for marriage. The course was handled very professionally, and provided nice personal touches, including a session with Hellen and her husband to talk through our scores for some segments of the couple course survey. Later on in the process, about 2-3 months before the wedding, Vivienne, our lead coordinator, played a big role in working with us to come up with our detailed program for each day, and coordinating with vendors on various tasks. It took us awhile to find a rhythm that worked for us (how to work with each other, who to communicate with vendors), but we eventually talked it out, and found a good rhythm, which worked really well. Vivienne was meticulous in recording and remembering changes to the program along the way, identified many small blind spots for us to think about (e.g. background photo slide show, better sequence of events/logistical solutions), and also helped engage our vendors on these blind spots where needed. Vivienne was extremely professional throughout the process, and every meeting with her always provided us with reassurance that we were in good hands. Nearing the wedding date, Vivienne supported us very very closely in finetuning our program to our requirements (including some changes we had to make closer to the days), and coordinating with and briefing our vendors on our requirements, including giving us her time for many late night meetings on weeknights, and also many hours on weekends — we were were extremely thankful for all of that. On the actual days, things generally went well, in a relatively timely manner as planned (some small adjustments will always be necessary.) Vivienne and team responded well to any last minute changes that were necessary (e.g. rain, last minute changes to priest) — the program carried on relatively seamlessly despite the last minute changes, and attendees did not notice that some of the proceedings were last minute changes. Vivienne and team really also did their best in making my wife and I feel comfortable and stress-free (ensuring we had food, water, and were well taken care of.) My wife and I really just got to enjoy every moment of our wedding once it began, and us and our families did not have to be troubled on any aspect of the wedding from anyone. It’s really testament to the great job that Vivienne, supported by Joanna, Janis, Faith, Jay, Lekha, and Cordelia did in coordinating our wedding! Our family, as well as groomsmen and bridesmaids, had nothing but good things to say about the coordination team. In addition to that, the actual day decor was well-done, in good time, and seamlessly integrated with other flowers and decor that we also had. Prior to the day, Hellen and her team had provided advice on how best to integrate/coordinate other decor/florals that was being provided by the venue, etc., and it all worked out perfectly. The decor was well-received by all our guests. There were many small, personal touches by the Rosette team, which we really appreciated, including Hellen dropping by to say hi during our wedding. With Rosette, you can be assured that you will be in good hands. Also, avoid being too passive. Be clear on your requirements/what you want, and talk them through with your coordinators – the Rosette team will definitely be ready to try and accommodate your needs.

To be frank, we were skeptical cos asking someone to coordinate all the vendors for you sounds like an easy job to me. So basically, a wedding planner does all that and MORE. Rosette has a team of supporting staff to come in and help at different stages and areas based on expertise. The main coordinator, Vivienne stayed the same throughout so that there is continuity. We gave them our ideas and they conceptualised and executed them. The venues were nicely done up to our expectations and the photographer and videographer from Movingstills.sg that they recommended us are professional and I appreciate that they give us lots of tips and advices along the way. I love the value added advice that comes with their experience in this line. So we had a very chill and relaxed wedding celebration. Rosette coordinators did the timekeeping and made sure that everything happened according to schedule. Rosette arranged Rae Lyn to be my dedicated 姐妹 for the actual day. She played the role of my best friend for that day, helping me with my gown, touch up my makeup and hair, carry my phone, take photos with my phone for me, etc. This is the true value of getting a wedding planner on your actual day. Engaging Michelle and team for our AD coordination was the best decision ever. Through an introductory zoom call, we could tell Michelle is very passionate about her work and she allayed our fears of the unknowns. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, we still had a lot of details left unsettled. In spite of the last minute curveball of a program change, Michelle was super responsive, patiently helping us to re-arrange our very tight morning schedule, prepared the run sheets for our respective vendors, and printed all our speeches/vows/ wedding table labels etc. Her assistant Wen Hui was the MVP, lugging all our logistics and holding on to portable fans to keep us cool during the outdoor shoot. There were possibly last minute issues during the ceremony but everything was resolved, sometimes without us being informed at times. Very grateful that we have the team to fight these fires alongside the bridal party so we could focus on being entertaining our guests and enjoying the magical day. Everything happened like clockwork and the day turned out nothing short of perfection. Would highly recommend Arches & Co to any prospective bride and grooms out there!!!

From our first initial chat with Michelle, we could just tell she was a seasoned pro who was very experienced in this field. She was exactly who we needed, someone who knew vendors well and mature enough to handle difficult situations. Then we met Jiahui – who was the ultimate MVP of our wedding. They helped us 3 months prior to liaise with all our vendors – we probably added them to at least 15 different chat groups but they was able to handle all the discussions and liaisons with our vendors efficiently. Up to the wedding, both of them were so helpful in reminding us on our to-do list, decisions to make, which vendors to engage and kept us on track with the timelines. We had a wedding with over 400 guests but throughout the entire process, we had nothing but fun – and that was because we outsourced all of our stress and worries to the A&C team. They are an A-star team with extremely high calibre, their team was respectful to all our families throughout the day, kept everyone on time and ensured our bridal party knew what to do. They liaised with all of our vendors to make sure the schedule flowed well, and whenever there were issues they were able to independently resolve them. They made sure our programme was run well – we had 0 av issues and we managed to take photos with all 400+ of our guests, which is no mean feat! Jiahui went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed, be it getting down on all fours to help me with my dresses, or squeezing in last minute photoshoots specially for us, she was really amazing and I am so thankful to have had her help on our special day. Our bridal party and family also had nothing but praises to sing of A&C, because they also felt like they could enjoy the day with us without running around and dealing with crises. Can I give 100 stars to begin with? Heavens Gift was truly the best damn decision we made to have them plan our wedding!! Honestly I didn’t have any idea or expectations from the start cos I don’t know how wedding planning is suppose to be. Boy, did Hannah and her team open up my world and gave me an experience that I can never forget. They say once you have a wedding, you don’t ever want to do such things again. I can guarantee you it’s not true if you have Hannah (haha), everyday I want to relive the moment again cos they have given my guest and us the most beautiful memory ever. The planning started with them getting to know us better from color choices, style and vibes (there’s more to it but I shall not spoil it for you!). We told them we wanted a wedding like it’s a big party. We wanted guest to roam around, engage in diff activities and just an experience that is diff from a general wedding. My most crucial criteria was I wanted to be able to decorate a lot in the venue. They bought us to a venue that we never knew about and it was perfect! It was an empty canvas with beautiful lights which I left it in Hannah’s good hands to come out a vision board for me. I just want to say, they exceeded way way wayyy beyond our expectations. From the entrance where she did a gallery to showcase our prewed photos and opened up to our mirror aisle, amazing stage and seating area. Their attention to details were insane!! From the placement of the chairs to be slightly slanted, the table settings and even down to the menu! She nailed it in all aspect from the decorations to the experiences my guest can enjoy and have. When I first walked in to the hall, I burst out with so much joy because it was a special moment for me and she transformed the place to such a vibe. Hannah knows that I love hot pink and she didn’t fail to add that touch in for me which made me so happy to see. She will make sure to add personal touches of what both me and my husband likes so it truly reflects us. Cos honestly, people came up to us and say, when they walked in, this vibe is so us. I think this is the thing you want to experience, a wedding party that reflects who you are. The whole process of this planning was honestly very little stress cos all I had to do was prepare myself to look the best I can. Heaven’s Gift did all the searching and suggestions for us whenever I have a request of what I wanted. From our food vendors, emcee, dj and my very difficult request for a pastry chef who can make me a millefoglie as our wedding cake. She managed to find someone who did it for me and did so well. Our wedding was more than perfect and I just want to keep reliving every moment of it again and again. So to anyone who wants to have a wedding where you don’t need to have decision fatigue, HG is the perfect choice. The only regret you will have is that you don’t engage Heaven’s Gift to be your planner. They are so meticulous with everything that you have no worries. We couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect venue for our wedding reception than CHIJMES Singapore. From the moment we stepped in for our first tour, we were blown away by the elegance and charm of the space. The team at Watabe Singapore made every step of the process seamless and enjoyable. We would like to express our gratitude to Doreen Sng as our wedding coordinator from Watabe Singapore. She has been extremely helpful and patient with us since the start till the end. She has a keen eye for details and amazing operational sense. During our planning phase, Doreen took the initiative to draft out a sequence of events for the day itself (even though we prepared one by ourselves). She helped us review through our sequence of events and provided us constructive feedback on how to make the flow more seamless and cohesive. (e.g. Details like when will be a better time to do wedding cake cutting as the watabe team needs time to prepare it on stage or when to bring up and down the screen for us to showcase our videos / photos and not disrupt phototaking or solemnization). Doreen was also extremely patient with us when we had issues with our credit card (we did manage to settle it on the same day!). She also provided flexibility in the option to pay using multiple credit cards as well. During the actual day itself, we prepared a mirror signage for our guests to enjoy. Even for the slightest detail, Doreen provided feedback on where best we could position the signage. She actively reached out to key point of contacts for our wedding reception and actively helped us keep track of time and solving crises along the way. Our wedding couldn’t have been any more smooth and seamless if it wasn’t for her. We are deeply appreciative and thankful to have her as our wedding coordinator. Our bridal party were singing praises of how thoughtful, how attentive, how helpful she was during the day itself! Unfortunately, we didn’t had a photo with her, but you can spot her in one of our photos where she is wearing a light colored blazer in a black dress!

From the first meeting till the actual wedding day. Everything was done professionally. She has scheduled meetings for us even though we are overseas. She replies to our questions promptly and every detail is well explained. Every meeting with her was pleasant. She has been very patient and understanding with us. When we arrived in Singapore, she scheduled sound checks and even helped us rehearse our march in walks. As a bonus, the historic building of Caldwell House is a photogenic venue and worked very well for day and night photography. We selected the rustic theme (whites, greens and wood elements) and the venue worked well with the colour scheme offered. We are still in awe of how beautiful or wedding turned out to be. ❤️
