1. Angeline Yong Dermatology

Readily available to provide a deeper understanding of your condition, Angeline Yong Dermatology cautions you on melanoma – a serious type of skin cancer. It is caused by an uncontrolled build-up of melanocytic stem cells that have gone through a genetic transformation. Appearing either as an existing mole or as a new growth, this skin cancer can show up anywhere on your skin. On the other hand, non-melanoma poses less danger but you should definitely still consult a doctor for it.
While some skin cancers are harmless and require no treatment, there is still the possibility of attracting some cancerous ones, and those should be detected and removed early. A biopsy would then be carried out to confirm your diagnosis and type of cancer. In addition, their doctors would provide treatments catered for specific skin cancers.

First consultation w her for myself and son (eczema). She listened to us very intently and gave time to understand our skin issues and problems.
she also gave detailed explanation and managed to infuse a lot of confidence in me to try Pico laser for my skin concerns. Comfortable to be with. Will review the result of the laser treatment once I start.

Both my daughters (10 and 11yo) are being treated by Dr Angeline Yong for eczema and other skin issues and I must say that she is one of the most kind, knowledgeable and highly skilled doctors I’ve ever met. The clinic is also fully equipped with an operation theatre and everything so most procedures can be done on the spot in the clinic without having to book a separate OT venue. My children love the experience of visiting AYD (which is rare due to their fear of needles) and Dr Yong’s ability to manage their pain while doing procedures is really quite amazing.

Learned about Stephanie trough a mutual friend who said that she is professional and can help me with my acne problems so I decided to give it a try.
The office and people working here are really nice and helpful, no problems if you suddenly need to change the timing of your appointment. Stephanie is indeed a professional and is really helpful. She put me on a medication that helped me to get rid of 99% of my acne in 5 month! I never experienced push-selling here which is really important to me as it shows as if the doctor is really interested in helping you or in getting profit. Definitely Stephanie recommend for anyone who is struggling with skin related problems!

Came here for a consultation with Dr Richard Quek for my son. It was worth our trip. Such a professional and ethical Doctor with so much of compassion. Had been communicating with Dr Quek via email few weeks prior to my visit and each time Dr Quek had taken the time to answer my mails. So grateful to him. All of Dr Quek’s assistants were just as friendly and helpful. This is the place to to go for cancer treatments if you had the means.

My Dr is Dr khoo, the nurses and him are very friendly and nice. And they are very attentive. Although, sometimes when seening doctor might need to wait but is because Dr khoo will need to go and attend more urgent patients too. So is understandable. As we are not the only has cancer, there are more urgent cases who is also fighting hard to survive.

6. Dr Priya Sen Skin & Laser Centre

Image Credit: Dr Priya Sen Skin & Laser Centre
With many years of experience in managing skin cancer screening and other skin related concerns, Dr Sen has used her expertise to successfully formulate her own skincare line for your needs. Ensuring privacy as well as a personalised experience upon consultation, your session with her will always put your mind at ease.
Dr Priya Sen Skin & Laser Centre explains that skin cancer can arise from Singapore’s tropical climate. The continuous exposure to the sun and its harmful effects causes changes in moles or skin damage. As such, the clinic emphasises on the importance of having a full-body screening to detect any early changes in both skin and moles. Persistent scaly patches, growths on the skin or changes in the shape, colour, size or bleeding of moles, are signs that show you have to immediately attend to it.

My sister was visiting (pre Covid) and had a severe irritation on her hand. The cream that the Dr in the UK had prescribed had not helped so I took her to see Dr Priya. Dr Priya prescribed a course of creams and my sisters hand started to improve the very next day. She continued to use a maintenance cream for a period of time whilst back in the UK but now it has cleared up completely. My sister had been suffering with this condition for many months prior to her visit here so she was very, very happy to finally have a solution. I too have used Dr Priya many times over the years and have found both her and her staff to be friendly and efficient.
